This should be an easy straight forward installation.

Set of Torx Drivers

The first step when installing a new cover is to remove the 6 bolts that retain the factory cover. A torx bit is required for this. Once the bolts are out, you can remove the cover by lifting it up and sliding it towards the timing belt and up. If the car is not a turbo you may just lift up on the cover.

With the cover off you may wish to take a little time to clean out whatever may have become trapped under the cover, i.e. oil, sand, bugs......

Now you can install the new cover. Simply set in place and re bolt it. You may wish to install some kind of rubber washer to prevent the resin on the cover from becoming scratched. This is about the easiest modification I could ever think of doing.
