Start by following the instructions on Bay 13 for wheel and rotor removal. At this point do not remove the caliper. Hang it from a coat hanger or support it on a box until you are ready to install the new caliper.

In the above picture note the small bolts holding on the inboard rotor shield. Remove the bolts and shield.

Line up the bracket with the holes on the stock spindle indicated in blue. Make sure the bracket is in the above shown orientation, with the thinner side down. Now with the stock 15mm bolts secure the bracket and torque the bolts to 100 Nm. Next, remove the bolts indicated in red and test fit the caliper. If everything fits, remove the caliper and install the rotor. Without the stock 10mm retainer it was hard to keep the rotor in place. To overcome this, use two wheel bolts to hold the rotor in place while you are installing the caliper. (Shown below)

Now, it tends to get a little messy. While keeping strain off the brake lines, swap the brake line from the old to the new caliper. Try to spill as little fluid as possible, and wipe up any fluid that may spill. Once you are sure everything is lined up and the bleeders face up, install the two 10mm caliper bolts shown above in blue and torque them to 40 Nm. To install the pads just lift up the pad retainer and slide in the pads. Now is a good time to bleed the caliper. Do not forget to bleed both sides!!

Last step, bolt back on the wheels. Do not forget to bed the pads and season the rotors!!! This is an important step. Directions can be found here: Pad Bedding and Rotor Seasoning
