For those of you who are bothered by the lack of symmetry when your rear fog lights are on here you go. I must first say though I would not recommend this modification. If you choice to do it anyway please be responsible.
To have the rear fog light lit on both sides all you have to do is remove the rear right tail light and cut out the plastic bar shown above. For removal procedure see Removal Of Rear Tail Light Lens. There is already a socket to screw the bulb into so don't worry. The bulb is a 21W/32 cp BA 15 s.
