Using a t25 torx, remove the throttle body cover to get to the picture below.

Now locate the EGR sensor harness circled in red above and unplug it. Then remove the turbo pipe shown above. If your car is equipped with the standard Volvo clamps, use a 7mm socket to remove the clamps. Now remove the clamp from the hose that is still connected to the throttle body.

With the turbo pipe, and ERG cable out of the way, fold back the throttle body pipe so it is out of the way. Locate the throttle position sensor on the bottom of the throttle body and disconnect it also. The reed arrow is pointing to the area where you will find the sensor plug. Next, pop loose the throttle body side of the throttle rod. Now using a 11mm socket, remove the above circled bolts in an alternating fashion similar to removing a tire. The throttle body should now be free. You may need to gently pull it free from the intake making sure that all of the old gasket comes off with it.
The new throttle body installs in reverse order. When reinstalling make sure to use a fresh gasket, and using steel wool properly prep the mating surface. Prep the bolts with anti-seize prep and reinstall the throttle body tightening the bolts to 7Nm. You may also need to adjust the length of the throttle rod depending on your application. Don't forget to hook up the TPS and EGR sensor before you put the cover back on. Total time for a first timer should be just under an hour.
