This is a great modification for any modified
turbo car. It allows the monitoring of boost conditions as well as looking
good for those of you with show cars.

There are a few options available for mounting the gauge. Screws will work
but will mar the smooth look of your car. Double stick tape, Velcro, and glue
are also options. None of these however are included in the kit. After experimenting
with Velcro with less than acceptable results, I opted to bond the pod to
the A pillar with industrial epoxy. No matter what option you choose, mounting
the pod is the only hard part of the installation. The fit really varies depending
on how you mount it. Overall the fit is acceptable, but installation is frustrating

Depending on what method you use to
mount the pod, determines how clean the installation will look. Clamps and
a heat gun may be needed in some cases to recontour the shape of the pod.
The pod itself has a finish that almost perfectly matches the trim. Take your
time and be patient and you will be happy with the results.

Once the gauge and pod are in place,
they work perfectly. Its almost like they were designed to be there by the
factory. This modification is great for modified 850s. With some modifications
boost may tend to creep up and should be monitored. At the same time it will
easily diagnose of a vacuum leak.
