IPD Performance Springs

Rating: 8.7
Both "squat" and "dive" are noticeably reduced with these springs. Cornering is much flatter and the car feels more stable and less apt to understeer. This is the perfect upgrade to do along with new struts, sway bars, or any other performance suspension part.

Fit: 9
The over all fit of the springs was excellent. The only aspect of installation that might prove tricky is reusing a few of the old parts. Due to the need for a spring compressor, this installation is best left to experienced mechanics. Otherwise the installation is easy and only requires patience when its time to align the new rear springs. Installation instructions to come. Check back often

Finish: 9
All cosmetic blemishes appear to have occurred during shipping. The only thing that could be improved is the level of packing. It seems that most carriers treat packages very rough these days.

Performance: 8
Performance is a very personal thing when it comes to handling. If you want an ultra low show car that will never see real road use, then these are not the springs for you. The lowering these springs provide is fairly modest. As for spring rate I find these springs well suited for street use, but would recommend something stiffer for the serious track person. Over all these springs are very well suited for the average performance minded commuter.
