You agree that, should you elect to supply it, VOLVOSPEED, ITS AGENTS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS may use your name, email address, physical address, or other data to communicate with you. You may request to have this information modified or deleted from our records. VOLVOSPEED, ITS AGENTS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS may use this information as necessary to enforce these Terms. Other Miscellaneous Provisions.

If you feel uncomfortable in carrying out such modifications or changes to your vehicle, then we recommend that you do not do it. If you modify your car and that modified, or other component, breaks as a result, then this is YOUR problem. If you get hurt or killed because of the modified component, that's YOUR problem.

VOLVOSPEED, ITS AGENTS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS do not condone street racing of any description.

VOLVOSPEED, ITS AGENTS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS advise that all testing on any modification carried by YOU on YOUR vehicle should only be done under controlled conditions, in a controlled environment and where no danger or risk of injury or death can occur to anyone.

VOLVOSPEED, ITS AGENTS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS shall not be held liable, whether monetary or otherwise, in the event that such modifications carried out by YOU result in YOU falling foul of the law, whether it be speeding, reckless driving, etc. In the event of such a situation arising, this is YOUR problem.

VOLVOSPEED, ITS AGENTS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS will not be held liable in anyway, or entertain any complaint made, in respect of any mistakes, situations or otherwise that YOU may cause or find yourself to be within.

VOLVOSPEED, ITS AGENTS, AND INFORMATION PROVIDERS would like to make it clear that if YOU are the type of person who likes to blame others; complain bitterly about something that YOU in fact broke; or just like to complain about matters for the sake of it, then DO NOT read ANY of the contents held within the Bosch Motronic 4.3 Programming pages.
