I found 2 outlets in my car one in the front bumper and one inside , the pictures shows them dose any one know what for ??

thank you for the note .. in fact I'm leaving in Baghdad - Iraq .. cold in winter and very hot in summer , but the car imported directly from sweden ... it could be used for heating purpose ..
