Break Caliper Bushing Upgrade

If anyone is looking to replace their bushings for the break calipers, might I suggest these from TyrolSport.

http://www.tyrolsport.com/index.php?p=product&id=124&parent=64

I have a 99 V70XC with 130K on it and my front caliper bushings started to go on me. My friend suggested that I try these. The install is as easy as replacing with OEM parts. Only difference is brass bushings instead of rubber and the use of snap rings. Since I've replaced them, breaking is much smoother and I don't feel any play in breaking. When I break I also find that my car doesn't pull in one direction which in nice. Really though, for the $90 which is less then what you would pay to buy the replacement parts from IPD is a super nice option.

hey guys - i realized the other day when i was contemplating tuning that i dont have good contact info for many of the vendors - i figured alot of other people prolly dont have it too , so i figured i'd make this thread so that we can all have a central spot for contact info - i know from experience when i was looking for a tune before that trying to contact these vendors through their sites is a hit-or-miss prospect and often results in a rediculously long wait for a reply - soooooooo ...

Speedtuning vendor contact info ?

Upsolute vendor contact info ?

Limited Boost Problem

Hello!

I have a 95 850 5 speed Turbo wagon (HPT) with 240K Kms on it and it has had a limited boost problem since Ive owned it. It boosts to 7-8 psi max and then fades to 4-5 psi. I have replaced a just about everything I can think of :
rotor
plugs
wires
fuel filter
air filter
BCS
and ran through several tanks with injector cleaner.
I was told that it could be a clogged cat that was limiting the boost so I replaced the whole exhaust from the turbo back with an OBX one. I have added a cat and ultra quiet resonator to try to quiet it a bit. In order to accommodate the angled flange downpipe I swapped my 15G with a 16T turbo.
I welded an extra bung in the downpipe so that I can do proper testing of future tunes and when I out the wideband in it was reading very low AFRs (8 - 10) when the boost was low at WOT. The ecu is a stock tune and the only mods are exhaust and turbo (which from what I read is not so much of an upgrade). I pressure tested the inter cooler and piping and everything is perfectly fine.

Today I disconnected the line to the wastegate and the car is incredible, I was careful to not let it boost too high but it now fully boosts with ease.

So I hear that the PCV gets clogged and can cause some problems like this one, is there anyway to test this? Or could it be another issue?

Thanks for any info, I want to get this stage 0.1 working properly before I start with the ECU tunes.

She'S Alive!

OK, for the last year I've been on here reading what everybody has to say , what they would do if they could build it all over again, and just getting to know you all... Well late last year I found a 1997 Volvo 850R with a blown head-gasket....the price was right and I bought it... well slowly I've been gathering parts, (BTW.... the original owner warped the block and head sooooo bad I have to get a new engine) So I found a low mileage 1998 complete engine, bought the "China" rods, had the stock 16t turbo rebuilt with a 19t compressor wheel, S60R head gasket, Both intake and exhaust N/A cams, S60R green injectors, and S60R exhaust manifold.
I just tried to post the pics of the build but couldn't, so how the heck do u???
