What are the latest dyno numbers?

Dyno day @ EPL was cancelled due to lack of attendance

I think I'm gonna pull the DS so I can dyno @ Carlisle

282WHP 317WTq - too lean to run over 17.5psi - Once I get TurboTuner (should be out in a couple of weeks!) & install my 625cc injectors, I'm assuming I will be able to run the 22-24psi that I want, and make some nice numbers!

BTW, who did the paint job on your wagon? and how much was it if you don't mind me asking. Looks great. Im gonna try to get my car detailed, but it may be too far gone for me to be pleased with the results.

Bought some HTS-2000 rod to braise my intercooler plumbing - got rid of all the intermediate couplings in the system... now there's one @ the compressor, two for the intercooler, and two for the throttle/intake elbow

used the end from the stock piping for the compressor outlet connection... nowhere near as neat as BlackT5's welds, but it's strong.









cleaned up the outside..


Painted black....






Redid inlet elbow, 2.75" to 2.25" for intercooler plumbing



braised ports for IAC & BOV










redid intake pipe, no more odd Volvo grommet, used firewall grommet instead





braised aluminum port for BOV

fit brackets





install 996 calipers/rotors/pads -

cal L 996-351-425 cal R 996-351-426 bolt 999-073-402-01 x4 Rotors 3045223 Pads 996-352-949-03
