Looks great...nice of you to put the entire build on one page.

Was the S60R shifter worth while? We've been talking of doing this on mine.

Nick

The detent spring action is nice - helps keep it in neutral. I cut mine too short - I didn't realize the spaceball shift was already shorter  - anyway, I'm used to it now, but it does require more effort.

damn. congrats on the time, detail, and money on this build. i would of never thought of putting that much work into a xc. nice pics, really lets you appreciate it more than just a enjine bay pic. sick headlights too.

Thanks!

I wouldn't have either, but once I got started with the M66 swap, well, what can you do?

Revising the inlet pipe again - want to improve the PTC seal.

Aluminum pipe braised in place for PTC retention. If it didn't get so cold here, I'd ditch it altogether.

This PTC mod is so good. :)

What size tubing did you use for the stand-off bit? and the rubber coupler as well?

You're getting quite good at working with the HTS btw. I know its not easy to get it looking that clean.

Hussein, proress is looking great so far! I wasn't exactly sure what you had done with your PCV setup but now it's clear B) Nice job ;)

Dude when you come to pick up your axle, can you make another intake and bring it up for me? I'd love to ditch my plastic setup

The aluminum tubing is from a Weber BBQ leg

..I think it's 3/4". Slightly larger than the PTC. The rubber coupler for mine, is cut from an old IC to TB hose, from the IAC section. I wanted heavier hose, since I'm drawing much more CFM's than stock, don't want any unmetered air creeping in. The small coupling as pictured, is a cut-down flame trap holder from a 240/740 NA

Hi Ben.

I don't have extra piping, so if you want to order an "L" hose, 2.75" elbow & 2.75-2.25 silicone step coupler ( I bought from eBay "just-intercoolers" "Al Intercooler Intake pipe 2.75" OD 90deg L Elbow Turbo" CXRacing) & have it drop shipped to me, I'd me glad to make one for you. The nipples I used are pulled from an intake manifold, if I have to buy them from HD, it's gonna be about $15 worth. If you have an old intake, pull the all brass fittings (elbow is for brakebooster line,on underside) from below the vac tree & mail them to me ahead of time.

Man I wish you were my neighbor, I'd probably hang in your garage everyday.... absolutely love how clean your car is, and the mods you are doing are top notch, kudos to you ingenious custom mods and fabrication, not the typical stuff you see everyday on VS.
