first you learn to drive, then you drive fast. Go to the track with a 600hp car, and I guarantee you a skilled driver in a diesel pushing 90hp will beat you.
As for tunes, my speedtuning (which is the cheapest out there, I got mine at some sort of discount sale) Is good, my gas mileage is BETTER <- again depends on your right foot, and lots of fun accelerating.
If you ever do reach top spead on a public highway, with all the potholes, imperfect roads, and changes from concrete to ashphalt, you're guaranteed to kill yourself.
I was your age, going 240km/h on the toll highway, with bad tires, bad suspension, and though it feels fun, once you don't react to something in time (1/10s of a second) your car is spinning and in a ditch.
Don't ask me how I know.
Listen to experience. Track your car, learn how to drive, then do 160mph on a straightaway on a nice long striped track.
