Yeh...this is gonna work........

I want to buy a m56h with less then 120k, pedals, flywheel, shift cables. for sub $500.

Found 4 with less then 120K, at least 2 are M56H, just need to see what is included for less then $500. . . :P but I am not sure what the deal is with shipping either . . so I'll find that out also . . .

I'll update tommorow with what I find.

Well it took a bit of effort, but located what you needed - transmission (90 day warranty !), flywheel, pedals, and shifter for about $400 . . . shift cables is going to be a tough one, not sure where to find that, but I'll keep trying.
