the japan manifold is suppose to be better than the R manifold... from what i was told, not 100% on that but def better than stock t5 manifold

be careful where you throw that R Manifold tag around.

R-Manifold from S60R/V70R is da best!

Japan Manifold is 2nd in the line

Stock is bottom of the list.

That means I have 1 Japan Manifold and 1 angled flange with matching actuator.
