I think it's just the camera... in person it looks red. Maybe it could stand to be a tad bit "redder", but it certainly isn't pink!

Hey Nick looks good, glad it turn out. Did you paint the info panel and switch bulb with the stained glass paint? Or did you use the Sharpie?

Also to everyone saying it looks pink remember a camera is not your eye... Posted Image

I wish I can see how the pink spots look in real life. Why does it look pink in the camera?

Actually, it is probably more purple than pink given there is a light blue tint to make the stock lights look green.

My wife found a bottle of stained glass paint (thanks for that info). But I had to put several coats to make it red. Actually, the LCD screens may look a bit pink (more like light red) because they need a few more coats. I think I should just install LEDs in there too...

The switches themselves are pretty red... I think they just look pink with the camera. The red LEDs installed in the gauges are an intense color of red... almost annoyingly so.

Yes, the dimmer switch works just fine... even with the LEDs... but the dimming rate seems a bit different between the regular bulbs and the LEDs. Strange.
