Doo ett. LOL. You do not need to remove the liner. Use a pair of vice grips and just pin it back. Just the fender with a rotatory blade, prime and paint the cut edge, then unpin the liner and trim off anything that wants to hang out when its pulled flush with the new cut metal. Once its trimmed drill 3-4 holes rivet and spank Mrs Wasserman. You are done. That's all there is to it

I can get my rears professionally rolled for $50.
Their main guy is really talented, and he has never cracked the existing paint (I'm sure he did when he first started obviously).
I think I'm going that route..

We need a VSJr.com for this kind of shit though. A place where Cato, Noonan, johnloves850's, Hastings...and all the other youngin's can ask there ridiculous questions.

The issue with rolling the rear is that the metal is doubled up and will not roll over on itself without binding.

Well I took a slightly different approach on the rears. I saw what you were talking about not being able to roll them, but being able to cut them. Only cutters I had were a set of portable 1/4" nibblers and of course my angle cutting wheel, but didn't want to be shooting sparks all over the well and didn't trust the accuracy and controllability of the nibblers. SOOO instead I just bend the rears, then rolled them ever so slightly. Does make a pretty good difference. Cutting them would have taken 1/2 the amount of time easily. did have to trim the liner and rivet into the new place with drilled holes.

Rolling the fronts was easy, except I ended up using a 3" pipe because 2" didn't give me enough roll.

If you can fit a 2" pipe between your tire and fender, why did they need rolled?

yeah, pics... I'm gonna be changing my wheel setup to something a little more... drastic? might one say, so I will definitely need to roll my fenders a bit.
