We are starting with .010 n20 and .016 jets and going up from there. that should be a 50 horse shot. the system is capable of 500hp, but I doubt I go over .030 n20 and .020 fuel jets which should be ~150 horse shot.
adding more than a 150 puts you in the "everyone says you'll bend rods" range... tho it sounds like you'd just out better ones in.
Prediction: if that 50 shot goes well, there shall be lots of folks eating old words and searching ebay for kits

I think it'll handle a 50 shot no prob
I'd get a wideband though. And do your math cause 50 could end up being 200 if you fudge up jetting

Nah, I'm sure your times and trap speeds will stay exactly the same as they were BEFORE the nitrous.
PS - See my post about the guy near me with the GLT engine for sale. You'll need one soon.
PPS - Kidding. Sorta.

And that was a single nozzle, direct shot. With the fogger setup and a progressive solenoid driver, it should handle a 100hp shot a few times at the strip, and it WILL handle 75hp shots pretty much anytime.
I always ran with a fatter fuel jet though, my 100 shot read 10.8 AFR. 75 shots were about 11.2.
Be sure to turn down the boost with anything over a 50 shot. The sudden increase of exhaust gasses will not be able to flow through the small td04 turbo housing, thus causing a 5-8 psi surge in boost while spraying.
In addition to an arming switch and WOT switch, I also used an RPM window switch from 3500-5900rpm.
