Hi - I purchased a '98 V90 in August and have had some interesting lighting issues. Most obvious is the interior lights. If the car is unlocked and I open the door, the lights don't come on. If the car is unlocked via remote or key, then the courtesy light in the ceiling comes on when the door is opened, but the under-dash lights only sporadically do.
My blinkers are not functioning properly, although I think I've determined that this is a relay issue.
Oh, and my lovely heated seat on the driver's side isn't working, although the light on the switch does illuminate.
I also need to replace the skid plate that protects the radiator. The original one came loose and was destroyed. I bought one from the dealer that is supposed to fit a v90, but it's too big. After searching online, it appears the 240 version is the right one, based on what I removed from the car. Can anyone help with this?
Thanks very much for any help you can give!

The flasher relay, used both for the emergency and turn signals, is a part of the emergency flasher dash switch, it's a very long switch behind there, you would need to pull the under dash panel, from there you may be able to unplug the switch from behind and push it forward out of the dash.
There is a relay located under the seat that controls the heater elements, this may be defective, might just be failed solder joints on the relay printed circuit board, and if so it's simple to repair, just pop the relay cover off and look for failed solder joints and re-solder them. Meanwhile, you can swap the relay with the one in the passenger seat and verify that it does work and have it working sooner for the driver's side.
The splash pan is the same as found on all 900 series cars and is not interchangeable with the 240 series type. Odds are your source sold you the wrong pan.
I would just buy one of these:

The wiring for the interior lights is a bit complex on this model, I can look over the diagrams and see if I can offer some suggestions, though this my be latter today or late tomorrow before I have time.
