Your one sentence description is not enough information for people to give you anything more than educated guesses.

How are your rear tires? Do you have a rear swaybar installed? Have you inspected your rear delta links/bushings?

Well it exaggerates the steering. It's so bad that of you over correct just the slightest amount you'll more than likely loose the car into the median. It has a sway bar but feels like it doesn't have one. The bushings are ok... I think? I'll look at my 2000 and comapare.

Sounds like you need to get an alignment done

Couple of options:

- Rear toe is way out
- One or more of the 4 rubber points in the rear is toast
- Long shot but check your rear hubs for play in the bearing
