I'm looking to get AUX for the SC-816 on my 2000 S70 SE. I don't need it for iPod charging or anything like that as I don't own an iPod, just a Samsung 1GB MP3 player. I know about the name brands such as Blitzsafe and USASpec, but they're pretty expensive, which the cheapest being Blitzsafe coming in at around $90. Then there's some that I found on eBay where it's going for $27 + shipping. My link

I also found one locally and the person is charging $60 for it. He says he took it out of his SC-816 unit. It looks like this Posted Image

Can't edit...>.<

Just saw the e-mail that he sent. It's a DIY that's been reverse engineered from a Blitzsafe VOL-AUX according to him.

I think I'll be getting the DIY Blitzsafe unit. What does the centre console look like with the Blitzsafe installed? Where does the wires go?

Yessir I did. I'm planning to get the DIY though because it's cheaper and is based off the Blitzafe unit. Rather pay for that than get some cheap eBay unit.

20 bucks more expensive, and it's definitely not a cheap ebay unit.. comes with a warranty, and is completely plug and play.. idk. up to you, though.
