Good question, I neglected to mention that I am running a 2004 s60 Turbo Tcv with 60k (it was Free)
I have a hallman pro that I can install until I get an ebc..

Alot of s60 guys replace their tcv around 60k. I just hit 60k and plan on replacing mine with an ipd unit. Im not saying this is why your not holding boost but you might wanna look into that also as its and inexpensive mod/repair.

Please Elaborate. What are your mods.
I am not calling anyone a liar ,but I have a M56h swap with Quaife, There is no way possible to build full boost. Look at nearly any forum, Wrx sti don't even make near their full boost.
In an automatic it is electronically limited , that and traction loss(open diff, With a M56h and quaife still not enough grip(225/45/17 On Zr Performance tires, Bf Goods & Bridgestone.
That and the gear ratios. Ipd says it can't happen.
