Hi
I've just joined this forum and am hoping that someone can help me.
I have a 2003 V70 D5 that when it gets hot selecting gears becomes very difficult.
The clutch is not slipping, I’m not using any clutch fluid and the pedal feels fine.
Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with it and the best way to fix it.
Oh one last thing my local Volvo dealer said they have never heard of this problem before!!
Could this be something simple like gear oil ? ?
Thanks in advance

Thanks for input yangotang
I did think that the pressure plate forks might be worn and causing the clutch plate not to clear but was hoping that was not the case as i have been told its a six hour job and very expensive to do, with the dual mass flywheel (if fitted, which ive no idea) and clutch slave cylinder needing replacing also...
