I was going to put the T5 emblem on the grill, but went a different direction.
What do you think?

plasti-dip the chrome flat black or get jewels (my opinion). Either way, get rid of that V please, lol.

Chrome has no place on these cars, why they went chrome grill is something I'll never understand. I'd go all black.

The V just makes no sense at all, and it's hurting my eyes.

Love the crate tho :D

I agree about the chrome, totally senseless. I'm planning on going black or body color.
As far as the V goes, you may not like it, but its a Volvo and a V70...
I would say theres definitely a theme, even if it goes against convention.
just my opinion.

Nah, go T5 or no badge at all and just the slash. V doesn't really mean anything...

Yes, volvo and v70 both have Vs in them, what i mean is, it's positioned such to imply that it's denoting something less common. Swap a V8 in there, the V makes more sense. Regardless It's your car and only you have to like it :D . Volvo added chrome window accents to later cars, it makes the chrome look more integrated.

Trim matched ring with black slats looks awesome but it's a ton of work, and the grill plastic is tough stuff to work with.

Maybe the V from the V70 emblem.
Not that one.
If you ditched the V, your grille would look awesome.

I looked at the other V but it has a much lighter "font" so to speak.
I liked this V more because it was bolder
