I'M Back....Exhaust Question

So, the weather has been really bad here, and I have been real busy with school, so the volvo has been sitting in the garage. Since I am still living at home (just my mom and me with 3 other cars I can drive) nothing nice, but they work so I have not been super motivated...but I want my baby back.
So, I bolted the OBX on two days ago and the rear o2 is like miles off. How do you extend the o2 on a 99? Can you splice it and just make it longer or is it super funky and I have to pay big bucks from volvo and get an extension.
Also, any tips for getting the left side bolt off of the intake manifold?
I am doing the PCV and am stuck on that bolt. I tried going in from the bottom, but I do not have enough extensions.
Thanks guys...I really want to get it up and going again:)

my friend who put mine on had ones long enough, she used to me a mechanic, I would suggest measuring how long you need, then if no one here can give you a link or a hand in finding one, just go to your volvo guy if you have one or goggle it.

idk if the 3/8ths is too small or not, but that was the longest I coud find online.

If you are talking about the intake bolt that is below the t-stat housing, you can get to it from the top. I use a 1/4" extension about 15" long and a 10mm swivel socket.

So, I got my buddy coming over on friday and we are going to finish the PCV job and do the o2. He seems to think I could just splice it and make it longer.
Anyone know what gauge of wire I would need to do so?

if it's the rear should be the same flat 4 pin which should work

So I am sort of an idiot when it comes to wiring. I am not too worried about getting the mixed up...but use the same wire for all.(same kind of wire I mean) and you said like 18 gauge should work. Any old 18 gauge from a hardware store would work?

How did yours work once you added a spacer?

One of the exhaust clamps broke, and I need another one. Kragen does not have one that would work. Anyone have one they like that would work. Its the last clamp right around the back axel of the OBX kit.
