No, stick with OEM plugs or get some coppers. Iridium is not good for turbos.

Stock volvo plugs are good if your car is stock. I run NGK BKR7E's I think is the part number. They perform very well and are only $1.40 a plug at advance auto parts

Exactly like me. I've thrown away my OEM plugs and place these and it runs perfect.

:monkey: NGK are good if your cars stock and like to waste time changing your plugs every 5k .

Volvo Plugs gapped at .25 with 20+ psi and no blow out day in day out.

NGK wont even hold up to that at all.

5 x 1.50 = $7.50 every 5k = $60 every 40k and also all that time wasted and gas going to advanced and such.

Or
$39.50 every 40k

Volvo Oem only. Gap at .25 - .28

Also you need a Downpipe and catback. And At least white or blue injectors. I use green @ 18 psi

I drive my car extremely hard in the canyons at least once a week 3k-6k the entire time. Never had a misfirer or other spark related issues.

Be sure you did a complete stage 0. And I highly suggest using an Ebc or mbs to control spikes do NOT rely on the stock bcs,

+1 on average volvos post.
If you do run something other than volvo (which I recommend) but I have also run NGK coppers. I am running them now cause I needed a fast replacement, but will be ordering some volvo ones soon.

Champion coppers gapped at 0.026 @ 18psi. No blow-out, but an aggressive tune like iPD's stage III wears them out fast..

The Volvos were blowing out and I was getting misfires after 2k miles while running the 50 trim at 21 psi. NGKs are holding up much better with that turbo and now the gt3076r at 16 psi.

Well that must different from car to car? I got BO (blowoutPosted Image) at 20psi with the OEMs wuth a stage 3, and had no issues with the BKR7Es for over a year at 20psi! I also liked the idea of fresh plugs every 2- 3 oil changes.

This is what I use, they are cheap and last quite a while. I change mine near every 30-40k. Had mine gapped to .023 with the 19T and no blow out even up to 21psi. Now I have them with the 16T @ .025 and they are fine.
Engine build is still up for sale PM me for details.
