Comments: people seemed nice, fairly knowlegeable one gentleman commented on the fact i had "type R" wheels which i found nice. Seemed like i had to wait for a while to pay for parts (15+ mins of standing arround) as the secretary was "missing". That however only happened once.

Had a bad experience with Volvo of Danbury. We went there to purchase a new XC70 and they said flat out that we could not afford it. No joke. So we got up, left, and went right over to Westport where the experience was much better.

my bro got gypped here... xc70 2001... replaced 4 pads and rear rotors, cost him 1000 bucks.
told him to fly me there for 200 and i'll pocket the 800 myself

This is the absolute worst dealership of any kind. Their prices are high, they don't like to haggle, and they can't fix the used car you bought from them that is now breaking down. I don't know how they stay in business. Go anywhere to buy a Volvo but here, it sucks!
