However, as I was going through the car, I noticed that every bit of plumbing that was associated with the turbo/intercooler "air circuit" seemed to be coated in oil at the attachment point. Every intercooler pipe that I pulled off of the car was also visibly coated with oil inside as well.
Is this normal? It seemed like a lot of oil, but this is the first turbo car I've owned, so maybe it's fine. If this is normal, just pat me on the head and I'll be on my way. If it's a problem, where should I start looking for leaks? Keep in mind, I'm new to turbos, so speak slowly and use small words.
Sorry, I'm just a little paranoid since at the last oil change the car only had about 2qts of oil in it!
