for the CEL light to go off you have to read the codes that are stored in OBD.
To erase the service line, there is a procedure you follow for '93-'96 MY, which I don't recall at the moment.

Also, I am a wise man, a wise man because i am on this forum and asking for help about something i do not too much about. If you do not understand this then you are dumber than i thought and also extremly immature.

The above link should show you how to read and clear codes, let us know what codes you pull. Especially from the A2 and A6 sockets, thats whats causing the light to stay on.

Hey bay 13, i did the thing that was outline on the link and go the codes 121 and 512 from bay 2. But how do you reset them. I try holding the button for 7 seconds and then 7 seconds again and the LED light comes on right away. I tried pressing it 3 times for one seconds and then it just started doing random things. It would blink really fast for like 5 seconds, make some clicking noises in the engine and then blink again. How do i reset the codes??

mine is pretty difficult to clear too.
first, make sure you've read all the codes, from every socket. all of them.
i've had problems with the 7 second procedure. try this. read the B2 codes again. when the last blink of the last digit of the last code is actually ON, press button for the 7 seconds. when the response diode is ON, press again for the 2nd 7 seconds.
this has worked for me. it doesnt work when i just launch into the 7 seconds thing. ths isnt normal. im going to try reseating the computer plugs (battery disco-ed) soon, see if this helps.

Above is the listing of the codes from the A2 socket.
Not sure why your codes are not clearing.
