Small Humming Noise... ...After Turning Car Off

My wife mentioned a new sound today.

When she goes to turn the car off there is the shortest and faintest buzz (sorry, best description I could give it).

I know the odds are small, but any chance anyone else has something like this going on and knows what it is?

idle control valve...mine does it every now in then

don't remember why it comes on....but its normal

Thanks, but that's not it.

I know the antenna noise. This is the shortest buzz, faint enough you have to listen for it.
