Just threw a 414 - boost pressure regulator too high. What does this mean and how do I remedy it?

FIrst clear the code and see if it comes back. Check all the rubber lines attached to the Boost control solenoid.

We have the same code, but our turbo cuts out real hard at higher boost levels. We removed the turbo today and have sent it our for rebuilding.
