My drivers side headlight lens is broken. Somebody hit it while in the store. But anyways i bought a new bulb and it worked for about 2 weeks then blew. So i bought another thinking something must of hit it and that one blew in 2 hours. Do you think this is because of air getting into the headlight or something? Do you think a new lens or assembly will fix this.
Also my service engine light is on. Not the check engine light but the other one. Is there a way to get rid of this or is it something only the dealer can make go away. I did a full tune-up on the car. Except for cap and rotor.
by the way this is a 95 850 turbo. Auto.

Headlight bulbs are very sensitive and even a small piece of dirt or oil can cause them to develop hotspots and fail. It sounds as if that's the problem. A new lens should fix it.
EDIT: Also, when installing headlight bulbs, be very careful not to touch the glass part.

Don't touch the glass part of the bulb. If you do, clean it off with rubbing alcohol and clean towel.
