I bought my turbo from Phil, and Phil originally got the turbo made by Herman from Cherry Turbos and got rebuild by Herman when I bought it, all I gotta say is Herman knows his turbo stuff and deliver amazing products. Price is not the cheapest, but you can only choose two out of: speed, quality, cheap. In the future when comes to need of bigger turbo applications to satisfy my needs of speed, Herman is the man.

Hi Chig!
+1 for Herman, I watched him pull my old 13b apart and diagnose the failure, and it was a sight to behold the master at work. He had it all sussed in 3 minutes. And, what he gave me back a couple of days later was smooth and powerful. 2 thumbs up for Herman.
