Yeah, what happens is you lose pressure overnight, and it takes a few cranks to get the pressure back up.

turnign the key to position II for a few seconds to build up fuel pressure does not change my startup time. its still about 15-30 seconds. after the car has been warmed up it will take about 3-4 seconds to start up.
