I don't have a fork lift. And am definately way to cheap to buy/rent one for just that. maybe slater is the same.

While plasma cutters are fun, I don't use them to cut up cars (tried it once). They don't do well with multi-wall parts of the frame, like the frame rails, side sills, some of the firewall, all pillars, etc. You end up using the plasma cutter in addition to a sawzall or chop saw anyways, which using both takes you 2xs as long in the long run. The chop saw cuts through it all like butter plus it's quite a rush.

Ask me how I know! Looks like fun slater, my tool of choose was a saws-all with an 14" metal cutting blade.
