god i can't move my left leg. little worried about tomorrow.
just finished the Pittsburgh half marathon. happy with my time considering how hilly the course is. felt like we were going up hill the whole way.

Na, they didn't end up doing a clysdale category, so for my age, i'm poor i'm sure.
my akilies(sp) is bad today. i think from pushing off going up hills is why its sore. other than that i feel perfect.

this was on ashphalt and concrete. the run was over the bridges in pittsburgh and around the stadiums. pretty cool run actually. i might bring a camera next year.
i'm thinking of trying a full marathon next year.

soooooo... turned down a lead position for my client... did not want to spend my 27 year old life working 14 hour days and having a heart attack... so much political bs and reporting... seriously we report our time and metrics in 4 services.

Does any one know of a SNES game terminal that includes classics like Super Mario Cart e/t/c. Not looking for a software rom I'd like to give this as a gift to someone
