Thank You...I am the 2 week young owner of a '97 850 - T5 that has made this 42 year old feel 20 again! Love the car, the look, the quality...Thinking in terms of it becoming a "project" of sorts, this article and site is great info. I should have bought European a long time ago!

All HPT 70-series cars received 16T turbos (with the exception of the V70R's, which received 18T's in 98 and 99, and 19T's in 2000). Not sure on stock boost setting, I'd assume it's around 10 for the T5's and probably 12.5 or so for the R's.
Uhhhh... Eric my man....
All 98 V70R's came with straight flanged 16T's, and ran Motronic 4.4
99 V70R came with EITHER straight flanged 18T OR Angled Flanged 18T. Depends on the VIN break. *****
00 V70R came with angled flanged 19T, and ran ME7
98 V70R 10PSI - 240BHP
99 V70R 12 PSI - 247BHP
00 V70R 12 PSI - 257BHP
*** Here's what I don't know... did the straight flange 99 R turbo run 4.4? or ME7? I gotta think ME7.

I've never heard of this before... Are you certain? I've only ever seen the 99 cars with the angle-outlet, and understood that the only car that has a straight-outlet 18T was the M4.4 1998 S/V70R manual. And I knew about the 98 autos having 16T's, not sure why I typed it like that (or when, it could have been some 3-4 years ago). You ever try to write out some bullshit this long?
And I have always understood the angle-outlet vs. straight-outlet to be linked to EMS, because the earlier motronic stuff struggles with boost control at higher levels and under certain conditions with the angle-outlet housing.

know this mite sound weird.
I'm using what looks like is a 15G turbo on a 90 integra. Is there a way to know for sure which turbo I have, because it was given to me and some1 took the tag off it. I made oil lines already. but I just want to make sure I picked the right hole for the oil return. is it the hole that has 2 bolts?
and were can I get a flange for the turbos exhaust outlet so I can make a down pipe for it. and I was going to use 2.5" from down pipe back.sounds good?
thanks

the only 3 inch exhaust on a market, pretty good price and quick delivery from Sweden, only one downgrade, you need to bank wire to the Swedish account, Guy speaks English too

Any rencent videos with this exhaust??
Which one did you get, there are like 12 different 3" full exhaust system for the 850's.....not quite sure what "300 Cpsi, 200 Cpsi" means...??
and how well are these overall, was the shipping relatively expensive??
Thanks
