without reading the article, im a standard 15% tipper. some times more based on keeping my drink filled and prompt service.. if it takes 5-8 minutes to get me a drink and than my meal take 40 minutes to get to me in an empty resturant your gettin 12%. thats it..

oh yeah and it seems not alot of people it this one.. i usually donate 7% at buffets. for the cleaning help.
