when i let the air out of the pump i hear metal on metal clinging or rubber or something binding. so i guess my diaphram is phubard. weird though because it holds 7psi perfectly

pumped up to 7psi as im on a 15psi tune and even then i cant turn the thing clockwise any more. its at the end of the threads.
