Volvo S/V70 Hood Black wondering if anyone would have one in the QUEBEC ONTARIO REGION CANADA

if so please let me know somewhat urgent right now

My 98 V70 lately has been having a hard time starting during the last couple of cold early morning starts. Being up here in Canada the weather can easily reach -15 and lower in the mornings. here is my issue only when extremely cold:

-Car engine cranks, car turns on for a breif moment then the engine dies
-Crank car for about 5-7 times engine is turning over but it is not catching (car may turn on again maybe once for a brief moment and then die)
-Car finally turns on acts 100% normal

Im stumped at this because the car is pretty much up to date on all forms of maintenance, vac and engine performance is normal, there is also no CEL.
I'm also somewhat ruling out freezing of the gas because i never run the gas tank less than half and we apparently have a "winter blend" gasoline up here, also if the lines were frozen wouldnt that mean that the car wouldnt start at all in the cold???

I was thinking maybe there could be condensation in the intercooler piping somehow messing with the TB signal or IAC?


Any advice and insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have a leaky radiator on my 98V70 and was wondering if this would be an appropriate fix. Besides the mounting brackets on the side nothing alittle creativity wont be able to fix will this fit???

Any idea on how to install one of these oil kits... are they reputable?
