Anytime you asked "where's Lucky" it was like "not sure, he's somewhere over there" or "other side of that building way over there." Lucky should have had the phone numbers of the people HE HAD SCHEDULED and gotten a hold of them. It was really BS to do walkups first. Kristian and him should have had something officially setup at Kristian's car so people could find Lucky. And if people tried talking to me, I'd be like, "you didn't pay $400 to talk with me, so sod off!! I'm busy." You would think from his experience working at IPD and their garage sales he would be better organized.
Sure, people screw up and he doesn't strike as a guy that wouldn't make good on messing something up especially on a customer service issue.
If its not communicated out to him, there is little chance it gets sorted out.
Besides I want to see Art get his car tuned and I still believe its the best tune on the market.
