    I would say the same-headgasket.your building up pressure then once pressure gets too high your cap opens and let's it out.that's y you have built up pressure when u take the cap off.

    When u have the shocks out, you grab the shock rod and check it for front to back or side to side movement.it shouldn't move when its held securly.and ur upper mounts take a 21 or 22mm wrench to the top nut on the front struts with the vehicle on the floor and if it just spins around either the nut under it is loose or mounts broken. If it springs back then mount is ok
