I have 4 ARD light weight crank pulleys with manufacturing defects for 99+ whiteblocks that I need to get rid of. Can be fixed with metal file, grinder, etc... Hard anodized aluminum, 75% weight reduction from stock. $55 for the bottom two, $45 for the one second from top, and $35 for the top one in the picture (shipped). Just got these in stock! Trying to find some time to install one in my car and do some before and after data logging!

One of my local customers here in Portland has expressed an interest in a kit that would allow use of an external wategate with a T3/T4 mounted to an R manifold. The kit would consist of integrated wategate plumbing and downpipe that could be bolted on to 5 bolt T3 turbine housings. The wastgate would be situated directly after the wastegate port on the turbine housing and would dump into the downpipe.

How much interest does VS have in a product like this? Please post any thoughts or comments to help me decide whether I want to pursue this project.

RZ Design is currently working on two new projector bezel/shroud options for our X70 Bi-Xenon kit. The first will still be CNC billet aluminum like the original, but with a design focused on accentuating headlight depth, and influenced by lighting on high end European brands. Below are CAD renderings of four possible design variations. Please vote for your favorite and post any thoughts/feedback you have. We also plan to use this bezel in the future with Bi-Xenon kits for other Volvo models.
