The sidewall on those Continentals is seriously paper thin and consequently flexes like mad. Stay far, far away. Check out the Bridgestone RE960AS.

Heat it up for 5 minutes. Screw old nut on until flush. Beat the ever loving crap out of it with a really big hammer. When re-installing, be sure to use anti-seize on the splines.

Low mileage used turbo can be had for $150 tops. There are occasionally new ones from a seller in Japan that pop up on eBay for ~ $400. It'll take a couple hours with hand tools to replace it.
