Never take a car in for smog cold, the CAT needs to be hot to keep the NOX levels low. Drive it around on the freeway for a good 15 - 20 minutes to get the CAT hot, then take it straight to the smog shop. Try to minimize any long stops so the CAT doesn't cool down too much. .

I was just browsing... if that image is actually what they are selling... is that not "close" to a R looking bumper.... I couldn't really tell... is that the normal s70 bumper?

That is just a regular s/v 70 series bumper. The picture might look deceiving because they have the lower grill inserts pictured in front of it.

are you really trying to compare your clamped springs to set of coilovers? The only thing adjustable about clamps is when they break and your car goes back up to stock height - most likely while your driving.

Make sure whatever primer and paint you use has a urethane flex agent in it. Otherwise it won't matter how well you prepped it, it will spider crack or flake with any minor impact.
