I'm going to rant.

Boss here at work will not break down and buy a new key cutting machine. It has cost us over 200$ this month in key blanks alone. 1/5th the cost of a brand new machine.

Just had to send a tech out to a local lock smith to get a key cut and the locksmith is closed so no key for this customer today

damnit I'm mad now we really look stupid........

Ford is getting to me this week. I mean we have some idiots in our supply line

1. We order a hard brake line, the thing is 7 feet long well some Union worker at the atlanta depot decided to make it fit into a 3 foot box by bending it 3 times. Hello here is you sign you f@#king nice guy

2. The nation Depot sent me a parking brake cable via common carrier Price of part 65$ cost of delivery 200+, getting to call the depot manager and asking him just how stupid his people were priceless

3. Various small but important parts mislabeled and shipped, various kits missing parts and or too many of the right side parts and not the left.

4. Customers that come in and cant understand why special orders must be paid in advance and are non returnable

5. Customer came in and was raising hell because Ford quit making a part for his 85 model truck, starts citing some "law" that says the maker has to provide parts for up to 10 years after the model year, "well sir your truck is 20 yrs old"

This was just the highlights of yesterday, not going to say a Darn thing about today because I dont feel like jinxing myself
