You should check out a Subaru board and see what those guys are doing to lift theirs. I've seen a few of them running around that had a decent amount of lift on them.

But, I'm not sure exactly how you could make it work on a Volvo using off the shelf parts. Anything is possible with a full fab shop though

so basically just find a ford ranger frame or bigger if you want. Than somehow switch the body, engine and all compnents into it and it sould be raised pretty good.

That's why the P2 was created. Only if it was as reliable.

step 1-buy s60 T5
step 2-strip car and replace engine harness with 850 harness install 850 engine+MT, with turbo tuner
step 3-get other shit to work. ac, airbags etc.

thats about all you have to do hahahaha

Lastly, I think the suspension on these cars is pretty terrible for a "luxury" car and it will always feel stiff/harsh compared to BMW, MB, etc.

Wouldn't XC70 front springs work? According to IPD the front struts are the same for the XC and regular V70, which would mean an XC front spring would fit an 850. Also, I don't see rear overload springs on their site anymore. Slightly taller tires would also help raise the car a bit and give you a softer ride. go with stock 850 springs and Bilstein HD's....those are known to raise cars a tad....but they are stiffer than stock.

I have TME overloads on my 855. raised the rear ~1". I'm looking at Eibachs now. Not sure what can be done to the front.
