First you need the projectors. I got a sick deal on these used from the forums on HIDplanet.com for $30 bucks shipped with bulbs. They go for around $50 shipped w/ bulbs new from HIDplanet. They are Bosch mini H3 50mm projectors.

Just took em out of the box.

The round piece you see in this picture is part of the housing that holds the bulb and contains the reflective material. It just unclips from the housing easily.

In order to make sure the projectors would fit in the housing I measured them to make sure there would be enough room. It measured just over 2" and the foglight housing depth was even deeper ~ close to 2.5"

here is a better shot of the housing with the bulbs holder piece not connected. This is the piece (the circular one) that needs to be dremeled. It is very thick plastic so it takes a lot of time with the dremel. You can see the metal piece inside the circular one, you must pry that out with a screwdriver, you wont need it anyways so dont worry about messing it up, it just makes the job easier when dremeling so sparks dont go shooting.

these are both of the inner housing pieces next to each other, one is dremeled while the other isnt. The way i dremeled it was i cut off the raised circular part first (the one that the bulb goes into) then cut a large circle (the one pictured) for the projector to go into. I cut it just large enough for the projector to go into while the bowl still remained on the outside (you will see what i mean in the test fit pictures)

Next i used this stuff that i have used in all of my retrofits...it hardens like concrete but can still be screwed into and does not fall apart

DSC00014281.jpg

I used about half a stick of it and molded it around the housing as pictured..This way I can screw the projector into the housing easily.

I waited for the plastic cement stuff to dry and then put the projector into the housing and screwed it into the freshly hardened plastic.

I know i didnt write anything about the wiring thats because as of now its pretty shoddy until I come up with some better ideas. I have extra ballasts laying around that I plan on using for a 3000k application on these things...

I will try to get some cutoff pictures when I get a chance as well

If you have any questions feel free to ask :)

Sweet! Those look like fog light projectors. If so, the output will be the same as a stock 850 / C70 light.

I would hope the beam pattern would be better.

They are Hella mini projectors, if i remember correctly.
