Figawi
OEM spoiler is to be mounted on an 855R I have the mounting bracket hardware in the wrapping still. It did not come with directions. Can anyone provide directions? i've searched on the forum and found some help but not enough. Thanks.

Autotechnica
bump!Nothing to it. Just attach the brackets to the spoiler with the provided screws. The kit should come with 3m double sided tape as well. The brackets just clip to the edge of the trunk lid (no drlling holes required). Then the 3m tape just sticks the spoiler to the trunk. the underlørd
andrew, that peice that you showed me yesterday, forget about it... the hardest part is getting the brackets on the tailgate itself... take out one bolt at a time..

beachnut
Weird ... my brackets don't even screw into the hinge arm, they just snap onto it.

r850glt
Does anyone have the instructions from Volvo to do this ? Kevin has some great pictures the problem I am having is that I ordered the right mount kit from the dealer with all hardware and it just does not seem to fit right. It seems quite simple but it does not work.
Mojav
:( I'm planning the same installation of a wing on my 98 V70. My wing has just the bracket to wing but not the bracket to the lift gate. In the pictures attached you'd probably see what I mean.images at http://monolake.white.prohosting.com/v70/Curiously, the earlier post shows now liftgate bracket needed...Any suggestions"? I understand there's a kit for this, but maybe its overkill ?Mojav
