Cid499
Maybe the title is a bit deceiving.I am trying to get my headunit/cd changer to work in my house. So I took my CD changer and headaunit out, but couldn't remove the wire that connected the two (its under some carpet that I don't care to remove). The next best thing, I thought, would be to cut the wire at the two ends, and color match the wires inside the main sleeving. It turns out, the wires inside the sleeving aren't even the same colors/number ! Somewhere between the front and back of my car, the wire changes. Here's the pictures - which wires can I solder together to get sound and 'handshake' out of my changer? The above plug connects to the back of headunit. The above plug connects to the wire coming out of the CD changer. Thanks,Phil

Then, using the pinout diagrams, I put it back together.http://kiora.ath.cx/alpine/7513din.gifhttp://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y260/craz...angerPinout.jpgSwitchable AUX in, cost = $5.If you want to know the wire colors, let me know.
