Rear Spring Replacement / Swap 850

Here is my write up on rear spring swap

Tool's Needed

1/2dr ratchet with a 18mm and 15mm socket

Pry Bar

Jack car up and place on stands pull rear wheel

Loosen the shock nut and lower spring mount nut

place jack under the the spring and lift up just enough to get the shock off the mounting stud

remove jack and get the pry bar and slowly lift from the bottom of the spring up

with the spring out pull the top rubber mount off and lower metal mount out

put the lower mount in the new spring and put the rubber mount on the top

lift the new spring in to place and make sure the spring is siting in the right spot

Place jack back under the arm and lift just enough to get the shock back on the stud and put the nut back on

remove the jack and put the lower spring mount nut back on

Put tire back on and your done

It isn't 19mm, it is 18mm.

your right ill fix it

How ironic!! I am planning on replacing mine within the next two weeks and was getting ready to do a search and I see this. I'll just print your write up.

Any difference in the ride or ride height??

yes there was but that is cuse they are eibach lowering springs
